The climate problem is mainly caused by two active ' achievements ' after the industrial revolution, one is oil and the other is plastic. The burning of oil, the production and treatment of plastics ( non-degradable ) all produce carbon dioxide and methane that cause climate warming.
Pulp molding products are made from waste paper or other renewable fibers, which reduces the demand for raw wood. In the context of global response to climate change and the pursuit of carbon neutrality, the pulp molding industry is playing an active role in its unique way.
In the production process, the pulp molding industry has also shown a low-carbon advantage. The characteristics of molded pulp products are also important factors in promoting carbon neutralization. These products have good degradability and can be decomposed relatively quickly in the natural environment after use, without long-term retention and potential carbon emissions like plastic products. Moreover, the molded pulp products are also recyclable, and the recycled pulp can be used for production again, reducing the environmental burden and carbon emissions caused by waste treatment.
