New Low viscosity lubricant
Exxonmobil (China) Investment Co. , Ltd. recently launched a new ultra-low viscosity lubricant products-mobil engine 1 performance 0w -8 and 0W -16 products. The launch of the new heavy weight further highlights the Mobil No. 1 brand of scientific and technological strength, but also broke through the low-viscosity lubrication product technology boundary. Not only that, adhering to the concept of circular economy, new products for the first time using post-consumer (PCR) recycled plastic packaging. The company developed a three-layer co-extrusion blow-moulding bottle solution two years ago, using a recycled HDPE blend with the WEIDAMET TM high-performance polymer in the middle layer, while continuing to use the new material in the inner and outer layers, this can ensure the stability of the appearance of the bottle color, maintain the whole bottle of the resistance to environmental stress cracking capacity, and will not cause pollution to lubricating oil products. The middle layer can account for up to 60% -90% of the total package weight. Adding Ouidah high performance polymers to the formula can improve the impact and compression properties of the product.
