1.Packaging method
The operation process of body-fitted packaging and blister packaging is different in the operation method, the main difference lies in three aspects : one is not to use another mold, but to use the packaging as a mold ; second, only vacuum plastic molding method for hot forming ; third, many holes must be machined on the substrate to vacuumize. These differences have advantages and disadvantages, which will be compared in detail later. The basic operation process of the body-fit packaging is shown in Fig.1. ( a ) The goods are placed on the substrate and sent to the vacuum platform together, and the plastic film is clamped by the holder for heating and softening ; ( b ) Press the softened sheet on the commodity with a clamping frame ; ( c ) Start vacuuming, tightly plasticize the film on the commodity and heat seal it on the substrate to form a strong packaging ; ( d ) The intact packaging is transmitted. The substrate for body-fitting packaging needs to open a small hole. The method is to pass the substrate cardboard through a needle roller, and a small hole can be opened. The diameter of the hole is about 0.15mm, and there are about 3-4 holes per square centimeter.
